Due to the vast complexities involved in drug development, new therapies and their development progress are often misunderstood by investors and analysts, resulting in investment opportunities due to improper valuations. 
 
Drug discovery and development however, is a very complex and dynamic process. A high level of technical, business and legal acumen is required to successfully navigate a company through the discovery, clinical development, regulatory approval, and commercialization of a novel therapy.
